Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a candidate that has a passion to work with individuals who are homeless or in transitional housing The technical qualifications are: Associate degree in behavioral or health sciences or related field and two years closely related work experience. Qualifying work experience may be substituted year for year for education. Experience and knowledge in Medicaid/Medicare, insurance, community networking, outreach assistance and strong communication skills. Requires creativity, flexible hours, strong attention to detail, good written skills. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Candidate has not been sanctioned or excluded from participation in federal or state healthcare programs by a federal or state law enforcement, regulatory, or licensing agency.
