Responsibilities include eligibility determination, benefit issuance, case management, and community collaboration. Additionally, the W-2 Case Manager/FEP promotes the Transition to Success (TTS) model and supports Forward Service Corporation (FSC)’s mission through effective communication and exceptional client support.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Manages individual caseloads using a family-based, holistic approach.
- Determines eligibility for W-2 and related programs in accordance with program policies.
- Coordinates with community partners through the CARE Network to connect clients with services, including education, training, assessment, volunteerism, and employment.
