The 9-week internship program begins the first week of June and ends the first week of August. Finance: Capital Planning Internship Overview As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the Capital Planning and Stress Testing (CPST) team in strategic financial planning and regulatory compliance. Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university
  • Rising College Juniors, Seniors, Graduate Students, or Thrive Scholars
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Participation in college organizations and the community
  • Strong writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the annual Capital Plan , including stress testing and sensitivity analysis.
  • Learn and apply statistical methods to forecast credit losses and capital buffers.
  • Support model development and validation for stress testing scenarios.
  • Create reporting and visualizations in Excel and PowerPoint for leadership presentations.
  • Contribute to policy and documentation updates , including procedures and regulatory self-assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Finance teams , with opportunities to shadow FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting.
