VyStar is proudly seeking talented interns to be involved in a broad range of projects, while gaining a strong foundation of the Credit Union business. This is an exciting time to join VyStar! This position is located in Jacksonville, FL. The 9-week internship program begins the first week of June and concludes the first week of August.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited college/university
Rising College Juniors, Seniors, Graduate Students, or Thrive Scholars
Strong written and communication skills
Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams
Strong use of Microsoft Office Tools

Nice To Haves

GPA of 3.0 preferred
Participation in college organizations and the community

Responsibilities

Support the Strategic Initiatives department, including the Voice of the Member team.
Review and interpret data from member surveys to uncover insights.
Analyze the accuracy of AI models used to process feedback.
Identify opportunities to improve AI modeling and make actionable recommendations.
Learn how insights are applied to shape strategies and improve the member experience.
Get hands-on experience solving business needs
