About The Position

Hewlett Volkswagen in Georgetown Texas is accepting applications for a Warehouse Associate to join our service center. This is a great career opportunity for someone wanting to train to become a Parts Counter Sales Professional. Essential Duties Ensure accurate and timely receipt of freight; accurately place incoming stock in the proper locations Manage order pulling for employees and customers Promptly notify management of customer issues, returns and problems with delivery as necessary Manage all shipping processes, including shipping of warranty parts back to factory Ensure proper disposal of parts within factory, company and environmental guidelines Take a lead role in bin organization and parts stocking Immediately inform management of any stock outages or discrepancies Initiate all paperwork relating to damages/shortages and vendor returns Participate in perpetual inventory counts Take initiative to get the job done through innovative thinking Maintain department security and cleanliness Train to become counter salesperson as back-up at first and full time in the future Qualifications

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent desired
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Discipline and self-motivation
• Enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug screen
