About The Position

Responsibilities Perform vulnerability research to identify, analyze, and test security weaknesses in software, hardware, or systems specifically to understand how they can be exploited by attackers or security professionals. Conduct research, develop solutions, and implement operational and analytic capabilities to strengthen technical operations, tackling complex challenges posed by criminal and national security actors that is crucial for both lawful collection and forensic analysis. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; 12 years in lieu of degree Experience providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Experience performing the following kinds of functions: Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs Experience providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff Experience providing detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues Experience consulting with clients to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others. Clearance: TS/SCI at hire. Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
