The Vulnerability Management team at CrowdStrike is an integral part of our internal Information Security group, tasked with overseeing vulnerability management across the organization. This team plays a crucial role in identifying, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities that may pose risks to various business units. The position requires a deep technical understanding to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement innovative solutions to enhance our security posture. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive vulnerability assessments and continuous monitoring across the enterprise, ensuring that our systems and applications are secure and resilient against potential threats. In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of vulnerabilities, from their discovery and triage to advising on remediation and validating the effectiveness of those actions. You will collaborate with various functional areas to perform vulnerability assessments on systems or applications prior to their go-live rollouts, thereby improving our vulnerability management coverage and ensuring that all enterprise assets are appropriately managed. Additionally, you will handle vulnerability-related tickets, assignments, and exceptions, providing configuration and development support for ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. Your engagement with team objectives will contribute significantly to risk reduction within the organization. You will examine systems and applications to assess their current security posture, ensuring that we maintain a proactive approach to vulnerability management.
