Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running and setting up VTL machines
• Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming
• Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

• Have experience with live tooling or multi-axis machines
• Have worked with large-diameter or heavy-part machining
• Are comfortable mentoring junior machinists

Responsibilities

• Operate and program a Toshiba Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) with precision and efficiency
• Set up complex jobs and ensure parts meet tight tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions
• Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance
• Collaborate with a team that values your knowledge and input
