We currently have a prospective opportunity for a VTC Lead to support the DLA in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Requirements
- Certification requires a minimum of one of the following: AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification, Completed Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification or AVIXA CTS certification
- Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience and experience working with:
- Crestron
- Cisco
- Biamp/AMX
- Extron
- Dual classification video conferencing solutions
- Requires an active TOP SECRET Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Works under general supervision, assisting in technical requirements solutions for audio visual, video telepresence, digital signage, and internet protocol television (AV/VTC/DS/IPTV) products.
- Research and collaborates with vendors to augment Government troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of system components.
- Ensures accurate solutions on technical matters.
- Defines and develops new and improved business process solutions.
- Provides expert analysis and advice on IT solutions.
- Duties include but not limited to complex technical requirements, carrying out feasibility studies and/or gap analysis, conducting business process reengineering, and forecasting based on industry best practices in the industry.
