About The Position
DMI, LLC is seeking a VTC Engineer to join us. The position involves system design and implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting, network management, VIP support, and user training and support. The VTC Engineer will be responsible for designing VTC room layouts, configuring hardware and software, monitoring system performance, providing technical assistance, and ensuring optimal network bandwidth for VTC sessions. The role also includes providing 'white glove' support to VIP users and assisting with user training on VTC system operation.
