We are looking for a talented and experienced E-commerce Visual Identity Manager to take charge of our visual identity and image assets across all e-commerce platforms. This pivotal role involves shaping our brand's online visual presence and delivering high-quality, engaging visual content to boost e-commerce sales.

  • Define and maintain the visual identity guidelines for the e-commerce channel, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage and organize the e-commerce image bank, ensuring all assets are up-to-date, properly tagged, and easily accessible.
  • Define and implement the roadmap for image optimization and future photoshoots to meet evolving e-commerce needs and best practices.
  • Plan, execute, and manage e-commerce photoshoots, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to produce compelling product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Leverage AI tools for minor design adjustments and image optimization.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to internal and external design resources, ensuring all visual outputs meet brand standards and project requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual identity effectiveness, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, using data to refine strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continually enhance our e-commerce visual presence.
  • Master's degree (BAC+5) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a marketing, communications, or graphic design role.
  • Experience in both the automotive and e-commerce sectors is a strong plus!
  • Fluency in English.
  • Full proficiency with the Google Workspace (G Suite) productivity tools.
  • Basic experience using AI-powered tools for image editing and enhancement.
