About The Position

The VRS Administrator maintains the Video Retention System (VRS), focusing on asset inventory, compliance, and operational efficiency to support eDiscovery and data preservation within the agency's IT framework. Using asset inventory and compliance reporting skills, this role ensures accurate tracking and regulatory adherence. General troubleshooting addresses issues promptly, while network monitoring and latency minimization optimize performance. By integrating with IT processes, the VRS Administrator minimizes disruptions and enhances system reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience supporting video retention systems and/or optimization of those systems
• Bachelor degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
