As a Principal Coordinator on the Vehicle Resolutions (VR) Special Operations Search and Rescue (SOS) Extended Operations - Replevin team, you will be an integral member of the team managing the legal process of replevin for collateral management. This highly specialized role requires an individual who can meticulously manage a high-volume queue of legal accounts, coordinate across external law firms and internal teams, and ensure adherence to all established controls and legal procedures. You will be a key contributor to process improvements and issue resolution to protect both the firm and the customer. Responsibilities: Legal and Vendor Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for external law firms regarding active replevin cases and required documentation. QA legal packet documentation to law firms Manage the execution and tracking of Legal Referrals Process Management & Control Maintain and upload accounts into the active and monetary trackers. Leverage case management system to review law firm SLAs and account reviews. Ensure all Repossession Service Provider (RSP) assignments for replevin accounts follow documented procedures, including the use of approved, preferred vendors for specific states. Manage and follow up on critical Replevin Packet Codes. Coordinate with RSPs to confirm Sheriff involvement and status for legal actions, specifically regarding Writ of Possession executions. Team & Escalation Support Attend and document law firm check-ins to track and resolve internal and external escalations. Provide support to the Replevin team for all tasks to ensure a seamless workflow.
