To provide the specified commercial brands, Shaw Contract & Patcraft, with strategic account sales leadership for the Multifamily segment. This position will be responsible for implementing sales strategies for the Multifamily Segment across the West Coast. This position will provide strategic direction, channel management, sales deployment and training for both commercial selling brands, Shaw Contract & Patcraft. The position will develop and maintain high level relationships with key Multifamily stakeholder. This includes A&D, End Use and Flooring Contractor customers. This position must also provide coordination and lateral influence throughout Shaw Industries residential divisions with specific coordination with Shaw's Builder Group.
