About The Position

Criteria: 1. Must have at least one year in your current position. 2. No Corrective Action (Phase I or above) 3. Meet the job requirement degree level or/and experience. Eligibility: This posting is for All Campus. • Manage the inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary  • Perform clerical tasks for shipment or receipt of goods to or from an international location, for instance document preparation and processing, verification of shipping invoices, assessment of duties and tariffs.  • Prepare financial reports about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for international markets.  • Manage the supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery.  • Cooperate with other departments within the company to ensure that all international business operations run smoothly.  • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary certificate in a related field preferred
  • Years of experience from Automotive industry preferred
  • Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 15%)
  • Domestic / International travel required.
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.
