Requirements

  • BA/BS in industrial, mechanical, or business administration
  • 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing /Warehouse management, preferably in a process-oriented operations and/or related industry.
  • Experience working with manufacturing, based technology, processes and principles is preferred.
  • Proficient with a variety of computer software applications: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, "if" function, PowerPoint: create presentations, add photos and charts, crop photos
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to make decisions.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including poise and tact.
  • Demonstrated skills and abilities in dealing with multiple changes.
  • Ability to work in an intense, highly dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
  • Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints within Hyve Warehouses.
  • Provides financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories.
  • Exhibits thorough understanding of international Letters of Credit and other forms of banking documents and international shipments.
  • Interact with vendors and peers in Sales, Finance, and Product Development personnel to optimize systems and procedures.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods within Manufacturing Warehouse Operations.
  • Formulates and recommends policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
  • Provides leadership to manufacturing operations and warehouse departments to accomplish goals of the manufacturing/inventory plan, consistent with established manufacturing operations warehouse and safety procedures.
  • Committed to continuous improvement to comply with ISO 9001:2000 and any other regulatory standard.
