About The Position
The Vice President of Donor Experience and Engagement will be a key leader within the Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) Office of Advancement, responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance donor engagement, inspire philanthropy, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. This executive will oversee annual giving, grateful patient giving, strategic events, communications, and stewardship, ensuring an integrated approach to donor experience and institutional advancement. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer, the Vice President will be a strategic and innovative leader who leverages data-driven insights, industry best practices, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate YNHHS's philanthropic impact.
