Overview The Vice President, Value Advisory & Insights for the Employer Retirement Solutions will serve as a senior leader responsible for advancing Alight’s wealth strategy through thought leadership, market engagement, client stewardships and value selling. This individual will play a critical role in positioning Alight as a trusted advisor in the retirement and financial wellbeing space, leveraging deep industry expertise, data-driven insights, and strong executive presence.

Requirements

20+ years of experience in the retirement and financial wellbeing space
Deep domain expertise in employer retirement plans, and participant behavior
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
Proven consultative skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients
Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to speak confidently in front of large audiences and represent the organization externally
Experience developing thought leadership and contributing to industry dialogue

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, articles, and commentary on wealth trends, participant behavior, and market dynamics
Translate complex data and insights into compelling narratives that resonate with clients, prospects and the broader industry
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging with Alight’s strategic priorities
Represent Alight at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a recognized voice in retirement and financial wellbeing solutions
Develop and deliver impactful presentations, including drafting slides and presenting to institutional investors and industry audiences
Showcase the strength and differentiation of Alight’s retirement and financial wellbeing solutions across multiple forums
Play a key role in ongoing client stewardship by presenting data-driven insights and benchmarks
Analyze retirement plan data and compare against broader market trends to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for optimization
Support strategic client discussions with actionable recommendations grounded in analytics
Partner with sales teams to support new business opportunities through development of business cases and ROI analyses.
Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights that demonstrate value to prospective clients
Contribute to strategic pursuits by articulating the impact and differentiation of Alight solutions.
