This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy, ensuring we secure high-quality ingredients, materials, and services at competitive prices, along with providing a reliable and consistent supply to our doughnut factories and shops. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the company's procurement strategy, fostering strong supplier relationships, and driving supply operational efficiency in alignment with our long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of leading procurement teams with excellence, and the ability to drive productivity within a dynamic environment.
