About The Position

Summary: The Sr. Treasury Management Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth in Treasury Management revenue by partnering with relationship managers ( i.e. Lenders), Business Development Officers and Retail Branch Management to deliver cash management, liquidity, and payment solutions to small business, real estate, Not For Profit, Municipal and Commercial clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or equivalent education and related training.
  • 5 years of Cash Management/Treasury Management Sales exposure and/or experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain working relationships across the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus.
  • Account management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Works in partnership with Lenders, Business Development Officers and Branch personnel to develop Treasury Management opportunities with existing clients and prospects. Primarily focuses on the largest, most important existing or prospective customers who offer the largest potential upside for deposits or who require more sophisticated Treasury Management solutions. Makes regular calls on clients and prospects to maintain and expand our business with clients.
  • Serves as trusted advisor to clients and internal partners helping align TS solutions to clients operating, risk, and liquidity needs while supporting the bank’s overall growth and retention objectives.
  • Formulates and implements a long-term strategy to accelerate the growth of commercial demand deposit balances and generate additional treasury services fees.
  • Works closely with the Treasury Management Operations team and is a subject matter expert for all Business Online platform services. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of competitors’ products, services and pricing.
  • Represents the Bank in various civic and community functions to further enhance the Bank’s image and to develop additional business.
  • Performs other job related duties as may be assigned.
