AECOM is seeking a Vice President - Transit Facility Program Manager to be based in Los Angeles CA, relocation assistance is offered for candidates within the state of California. The Transit Facility Program Manager is responsible for the planning, contracting, and support service activities in accordance with approved standards consistent with the expectations of client and presiding agencies. The Transit Facility Program Manager develops and implements the procedures and support services processes for the program; manages a team of staff to execute design engineering, contract procurements, and contract technical and compliance activities. This position functions as a key advisor to the Program Director to ensure minimal delay and interruption with the procurement processes which would impact the program and/or construction schedule.
