About The Position
The VP, Chief of Staff's primary responsibilities will include driving key Trading department initiatives, surfacing business insights and creating executive presentations, enabling the Trading department head and senior team to deliver on strategic priorities. The role includes identifying key metrics and developing reporting that will surface opportunities and risks to the organization, creating and maintaining business reviews and other ceremonies to ensure consistent operational discipline on the health of the business. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for tracking projects and holding stakeholders accountable for execution. As an execution-oriented consultant, the successful candidate will drive organizational excellence within Trading based on the priorities of the head of Trading. The person will act as an extension of the Trading department head to promote informed decision-making and successful execution of department objectives.
