About The Position

The Project Management Lead will report to the Head of Total Rewards Business Execution. Total Rewards sits within Human Resources and encompasses multiple disciplines that support Citi's employees, including: Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Medical & Well-being, and Performance Management. The Business Execution team within Total Rewards is responsible for supporting Citi employees and the broader mission of Total Rewards through effective resource management, efficient routines, clear communications and detail-oriented approach to delivery. This role will be responsible for leading various project management related workstreams within Total Rewards, with the goal of effectively supporting the head of Total Rewards and leadership team. This individual will be instrumental in managing select key projects, tracking progress on priorities that span across all of Total Rewards, tracking milestones, ensuring timelines are adhered to, keeping documentation up to date, and general support of the Total Rewards Business Office.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage individual deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Highly effective at influencing and relationship management.
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
  • Advanced MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manages a docket of projects on behalf of the Head of Total Rewards, including preparing and tracking notes, project plans, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Oversees all technology-related work streams for Total Rewards organization, including managing annual investment process and implementing tools/resources.
  • Partners with leadership team on defining strategy for organization and managing the tracking, progress, and delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Defines, manages, monitors, and tracks key metrics that reflect the Rewards organization's contributions.
  • Spearheads engagements with internal partners, including Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and others.
  • Maintains documents and detailed records in support of Total Rewards Business Office.
  • Supports Total Rewards organization through effective communications, especially using Microsoft PowerPoint.
