About The Position

The Senior Third-Party Risk Analyst (TPRA) role within Citi's COO organization focuses on overseeing risk and control monitoring processes related to third-party relationships. The TPRA is responsible for analyzing data from due diligence evaluations, ensuring compliance with the Third Party Risk Management Policy, and providing guidance to stakeholders. This position may involve leading strategic projects and managing supplier information to mitigate risks associated with third-party engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk and Control, supplier/third party management or project management.
  • Ability to tailor written and verbal communication to senior audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional meetings and discussions.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems to drive solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and operate independently to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in risk management or operational risk roles.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management frameworks and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key business stakeholders through Citi's Third-Party Management framework and ensure compliance with all applicable policy and standards.
  • Manage suppliers by analyzing Supplier information and data for various due diligence tests as required by TPRAP/RTR requirements.
  • Partner with the BAO and TPM to conduct or review and respond to the results of third-party risk management control activities.
  • Review, assess and act on results of TPRM assessments/controls.
  • Develop, document and update Citi's Exit Strategy Plans as required.
  • Engage the Supplier and Business to monitor and report supplier complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with the Issues Management team during the implementation, follow-up and closure processes for Issue Management/iCAPs.
  • Support the production and maintenance of Supplier scorecards and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain supplier systems of record and ensure timely, accurate input of supplier information.
  • Interact with the broader Third-Party community to share best practices and coordinate services.
  • Partner with Procurement and BAO(s) to ensure all contract documents are complete and accurate.
  • Provide polished content for Third Party Oversight's various stakeholder/executive communications and decks.
  • Lead business partners and key stakeholders through Citi's Third-Party Risk Assessment Review during sourcing, onboarding and renewal exercises.
  • Assist and coordinate internal and external audit deliverable support.
