About The Position
This position will be part of a small, dedicated team responsible for overseeing Voya Investment Management's growing alternatives business, focusing on Fund Alternatives Tax. The Fund Alternatives platform is now $3+billion across a suite of alternative credit, residential and commercial mortgages, and project finance. Growth of the Fund Alternatives platform is a key corporate initiative, and there is a robust product pipeline across multiple investment strategies and asset classes. Preference is for a candidate with knowledge of fund level tax compliance as well as the impact and tax requirements of various fund tax structures. The position will need to partner with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers; candidate should be a collaborative team player while also able to work independently, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
