We are seeking a VP, Talent Attraction & Acquisition Leader for our Global Risk Solutions (GRS) business. As the Head of Recruiting for GRS—Liberty Mutual’s $17 billion premium global insurance business —you will play a critical role at the intersection of talent strategy and business execution. Reporting jointly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and the GRS Chief Talent Officer , you will lead the design and execution of recruiting solutions that anticipate, shape, and deliver against the organization’s most strategic talent needs. This is a highly visible executive leadership role for a talent acquisition leader who can connect business priorities to forward-looking recruiting strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and build strong, high-performing teams. You will ensure recruiting is deeply embedded in business strategy and positioned to drive meaningful outcomes—helping Liberty Mutual compete for and secure top talent in a dynamic and highly competitive market. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with a demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and inspire teams of recruiting managers, recruiters, and talent sourcers. This leader will bring strategic acumen, strong business partnership skills, and the executive presence needed to influence clients, partners, and senior leaders while advancing exceptional recruiting experiences that attract, engage, and hire top talent.
