As the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will be the strategic owner of our global hiring engine. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will sit at the intersection of business operations and people strategy, ensuring we have the talent density required to meet our ambitious roadmap. This is a role for a builder-leader. You will provide the vision for our global recruiting operations—focusing on tech stack optimization, reporting & data integrity, and process rigor—while maintaining a leadership style rooted in accountability, mentorship, and psychological safety. You are here to build a world-class function that is as efficient as it is human. This is not a traditional HR role; it is a business-critical operations leadership position. You will be responsible for optimizing a high-velocity, data-driven recruiting engine that can scale as fast as our ambitions. You will serve as a bridge between our ambitious business goals and the real humans who make them possible. Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid in office 2-3 days per week.
