About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of strategic operations/chief of staff role to play a critical role in leading and executing organizational initiatives. This pivotal role will drive cross-functional success, ensuring accountability and efficiency in our operations. This role will be a right hand to the COO to help their teams become more effective by running annual planning, measuring performance metrics, observing/listening for operational needs, and reducing admin burden. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare operations, project management, and a passion for people excellence. This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can navigate complex challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure alignment across all departments within the organization. The role is multi-faceted and requires a leader to be nimble and operate at the top of their license in a fast pace ever changing environment.
