About The Position

We are looking for a Vice President (VP) of Strategy & Business Execution who is a self-starter, problem solver, and structured operator to help drive large-scale transformation and strategic operational initiatives within our Service & Supervision organization. This role reports to the SVP, Head of Strategy & Department Operations to the EVP, Service & Supervision.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, business or digital transformation, driving internal strategy; management or strategy consulting background highly valued.
  • Experience in wealth management, financial services preferred.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, who can take broad visions or ambiguous direction and apply structure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ways of working in a high-growth or fast paced environments.
  • Strong track record of supporting large-scale transformation programs, particularly in customer service, contact centers, or financial services.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action—someone who proactively identifies problems and implements solutions.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service operations, compliance, regulatory or risk.
  • Track record of executing digital transformation initiatives focused on self-service, AI, or automation.
  • Change management expertise, including rolling out new processes and technologies to frontline teams.
  • Deep expertise in process improvement, automation, and operating model transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of high-visibility strategic transformation initiatives, driving structured execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Diagnose operational pain points, break down complex challenges, and implement a path forward with our key business partners and stakeholders across Product, Technology and Delivery.
  • Establish execution frameworks that bring consistency, discipline, and accountability to transformation and operational routines.
  • Build and drive processes on how to best use resources, including people, technology and capital, and measure, realize and optimize outcomes.
  • Develop compelling presentations to articulate transformation and operational strategy and progress for the management committee and board of directors.
  • Manage 'big rock' projects against strategic pillars, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact.
  • Lead and contribute to various cross-functional initiatives spanning transformation of omni-channel advisor support, from human-assisted to digital and AI.
  • Support the EVP head of Service and Supervision directly in internal and external engagements, such as town halls, conferences.
  • Bring data and the right analyses to problem solve for the bigger picture, developing strategies and actionable plans that align to the organization's goals.
  • Leverage data driven insights and business intelligence to help senior leadership and business owners make important decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within our high-level strategy, including process re-engineering, operating model redesign, and digital enablement.
