About The Position
The VP & Strategy Analyst II position is responsible for collaborating with specific departments to enhance the strategic planning process, develop detailed business plans, and outline corresponding action steps. The individual will work closely with the Strategic Management Lead to identify departmental priorities, ensuring proper documentation and oversight of progress. This role includes preparing presentations and communicating with Senior Leaders, as well as managing monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables and routines. The individual must demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical skills, and effective short-term and long-term planning capabilities, partnering closely with Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Operations, and Strategy to monitor program implementation and success.
