Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the front-end development of high-value projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations. Champion best practices in project management, risk assessment, and execution planning.
  • Proposal Development & Standardization: Oversee the creation and standardization of proposals, ensuring clarity, competitiveness, and compliance with company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine proposal content and presentation.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies for key proposals, balancing profitability with customer value. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing decisions.
  • Key Account Ownership: Serve as the primary executive contact for strategic customers, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded AES scope.
  • Presentation & Communication: Lead presentation strategy for major proposals and project reviews. Represent AES at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings.
  • Execution Planning & Monitoring: Ensure robust execution planning and ongoing monitoring of project progress, budgets, and deliverables. Drive alignment between proposal scope and project execution.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor project managers and oversee key projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and high performance.
  • Business Development: Lead efforts to sell AES activities and scope on complex projects, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Executive Oversight: Serve as Project Executive on special projects, providing strategic direction and executive-level oversight.
  • Design Coordination & Project Organization: Set standards for design coordination, pricing, and project organization, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality outcomes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Growth & Innovation: Drive the expansion of AES’s scope and capabilities, championing innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between design, automation, process engineering, and execution, promoting collaboration and integrated solutions.
