The Purpose of Your Role You will work closely with Account Executives, Managing Directors and Product & Service Consultants to win Health and Welfare for our largest clients. You will be responsible for performing a comprehensive analysis of a client’s requirements for participants and plan sponsors which includes reviewing their plan document(s) and successfully representing the Fidelity solution during the sales process. You’ll collaborate with Workplace Solution customers to position our standard product offering to meet their needs or, when needed, develop unique solutions. This role relies heavily upon your knowledge of all of our Healthcare products, services and processes as well as your ability to think strategically, coordinate with clients and their consultants, and collaborate with internal business partners.
