Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a global engineering team of 200+ engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineering, business unit partners, operations, and customer support to ensure robust, reliable, and secure products. Talent Development: Attract, retain, and develop top software and hardware-aware engineering talent; build strong succession pipelines for leadership. Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce best practices in software security, compliance, and reliability. Metrics & Outcomes: Define and deliver on KPIs around productivity, velocity, quality, uptime, customer satisfaction, and financial impact.
