About The Position
Hello Sunshine is seeking a highly talented Vice President of Social Content, Editorial & Talent to drive the content strategy, build audience-first, multi-channel content plans, and lead all operations for a team of content creators, strategists, and community managers to create and grow engagement with our fans and followers. This role will play a pivotal role in working collaboratively across the company to deliver social programs that bring our stories to life in effective, creative, and authentic ways. The ideal candidate will have professional experience supporting content across Instagram, Tik Tok, X, YouTube, and other video-centric social platforms. They will also have strong editorial experience at a digital publisher with an ability to translate a brand voice into a social experience. We want an inspirational leader who’s both creative and analytical with strong experience working cross-functionally. They will work closely with the creative team offering insights and support to develop compelling video, audio, and editorial content production.
