Social Compliance and Human Rights a core pillar of Worldly’s strategic focus. To support this ambition, we are seeking a senior leader to own Social Compliance as a business, product portfolio, and market-facing solution set. The VP, Social Compliance & Human Rights will be responsible for ensuring Worldly builds, positions, and scales social compliance solutions that address real customer needs and perform commercially. Rather than focusing solely on product execution or sales, this role combines business ownership, product strategy, and market leadership. You will have end-to-end accountability for Worldly’s social compliance offerings — including key products and social capabilities within the Worldly Core Platform — and will operate cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer teams.
