Requirements

  • Strong background and understanding of BSA, AML, Governance, Risk and Compliance applications.
  • Proven track record of partnering with business unit owners, users, and leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle based applications and modules.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Change Management and SOX.
  • Experience with MS SQL, MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, SharePoint.
  • Understanding of data privacy legislation and standards such as GLBA, OFAC.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to make decisions that have impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or banking industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the IT strategy for BSA/AML/GRC applications, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the support, maintenance, and enhancement of BSA/AML/GRC applications.
  • Collaborate with business unit owners, users, and leadership to understand their needs and ensure IT solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead IT projects related to BSA/AML/GRC applications, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations.
