About The Position

The Vice President of Sales Messaging & Strategic Execution is a senior leader responsible for designing, governing, and driving the enterprise-wide messaging strategy that powers our Wealth Management go‑to‑market engine. This role defines how we position our value to advisors, prospects, and clients—ensuring clarity, consistency, and commercial impact across all channels. This leader also owns the strategic direction and performance of our one‑to‑many advisor engagement strategy, including oversight of the webinar ecosystem that supports advisor education, adoption, and business growth.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of relevant experience with strategic enablement
  • 5+ experience leading messaging, sales enablement, or commercial strategy

Responsibilities

  • Go‑to‑Market Messaging Leadership
  • Own and govern the Wealth Management messaging framework, ensuring cohesive, differentiated, and commercially effective positioning across all audiences and channels.
  • Translate business strategy into advisor-facing commercial narratives that drive adoption and sales productivity.
  • Lead messaging playbooks, value propositions, and narratives for product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic Enablement & Advisor Engagement
  • Design and oversee the enterprise’s one‑to‑many enablement strategy.
  • Lead vision, direction, and performance of the firm’s webinar strategy.
  • Ensure enablement programs are data‑informed and outcome‑focused.
  • Webinar Ecosystem Oversight
  • Own the strategic blueprint for ~75–100 webinars annually.
  • Socialize performance metrics with executive leadership.
  • Champion improvements in technology, tools, and processes.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Serve as executive sponsor for messaging and enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with Analytics on KPI definition and dashboarding.
  • Maintain strong relationships across Compliance, Digital, and Distribution.
