About The Position

The VP, Sales will be responsible for defining and leading the strategic direction of the Commercial Zone Sales team including Merchant Success Managers, Messaging, Inside Sales, and Field Sales activities. Key priorities for this role include driving innovation and maximizing the effectiveness of the sales organization while building and maintaining strong working relationships with GMs, Sales Leaders, Key Clients, and cross-functional partners. A core focus of the role is to drive profitable sales growth in close collaboration with General Managers (GMs) ensuring alignment across strategy, execution and market responsiveness. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.
