About The Position

NYC Alliance Company LLC is on the lookout for an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales for our Juniors division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives tailored to the juniors market segment, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will oversee the sales team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and develop innovative strategies to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on the juniors market or related apparel sectors.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in sales data analysis and market trend evaluation.
