The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for a book of business that is > $50M in annual sales. The VP of Sales will be accountable for designing, developing, executing, the sales strategy and sales goals for an assigned region. The VP of Sales will oversee all sales functions for their region, which includes: Managing all aspects of the customer life cycle and - day-to-day relationships with key hotel companies at CEO/CTO/CRO level. Cultivate a customer-centric mindset by Identifying best commercial opportunities and advocating for their customers internally across various stake holder organizations, drive superior sales results for both new business and renewals. The VP will be a strong advocate for customers within Agilysys as well as represent Agilysys within Industry events and in industry forums. Leverage all customer interactions and relationships to help improve Agilysys product offering and exceed regional targets. Identify the best commercial opportunities and drive excellent results. Build strong level partnerships with key Consulting firms and third-party software companies as needed. Identify and represent the needs of the region to other business units. Develop, motivate, and lead the team. Create an over-achieving highly engaged team. Promote an atmosphere of cross collaboration. Develop the necessary organization, skills and processes to successfully achieve all goals.
