The Role AdParlor is seeking a VP, Head of Sales to own the sales function end-to-end. This is the most senior sales role at AdParlor and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager. The VP, Head of Sales will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from sourcing and qualifying opportunities through close, expansion, and forecasting. This role will initially operate as a player/coach, carrying a personal quota while building the foundation for scalable sales processes, pipeline rigor, and future team growth. This is a foundational leadership role for someone who thrives in a build phase—comfortable closing deals, shaping strategy, and mentoring junior sales talent as the organization grows.
