About The Position
The Vice President of Sales at Ardagh Glass Packaging - North America is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the assigned segment of the business. This position involves coordinating sales activities with various stakeholders, including directors and account managers, to achieve key performance metrics such as volume, EBITDA, and Operating Cash Flow. The VP of Sales will also play a crucial role in long-range planning, budgeting, and improving sales forecasts while managing a team of direct reports.
