The Risk & Governance team establishes and maintains risk frameworks ensuring the business adheres to regulatory and internal policies, manages risk, and promotes a culture of accountability. Responsibilities include: Developing, implementing and periodic updates of policies and standards related to the various Risk Frameworks Collaborating with key stakeholders to update Frameworks and standards based on process enhancements or regulatory changes Support Committee Governance by managing the corporate records, administering meetings, and overseeing adherence to charter obligations and other governing documentation Support periodic communication campaigns and training related to governance and risk frameworks
