About The Position

The VP, Revenue Productivity & Strategy leads the teams and programs that improve sales effectiveness, drive revenue growth, and support strategic account success. This role oversees revenue enablement, solution consulting, proposals, and GTM program management while partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on key revenue priorities. Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, strategic enterprise account sales and technical support or sales/marketing-related management consulting.
  • Experience leading a large team with diverse skill sets
  • Experience leading change and transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills
  • Demonstrated operational expertise and experience creating scalable and business processes
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills
  • Experience working for SaaS companies that serve Fortune 1000 companies
  • Knowledge ofSalesforce.comor managing through a CRM system

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of solution consultants, proposal writers, revenue enablement specialists, revenue program managers, and revenue strategists.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving revenue goals and strategic objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Ensure executive alignment on strategic revenue initiatives and provide regular updates through QBRs, Executive Summaries & Check-Ins.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue enablement programs to support sales teams and enhance their effectiveness.
  • Ensure that sales teams have access to the necessary tools, resources, and training to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales collateral and product messaging.
  • Onboard all AEs, SDR & Account Managers with key onboarding success metrics being achieved.
  • Ensure comprehensive Product & Strategic Alliance enablement to drive revenue success and value driver alignment
  • Define and execute revenue strategies to drive growth.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of revenue programs that align with business objectives across GTM teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Manage all communications, meetings, QBRs and organizational huddles (RKO) across the Revenue Organization.
  • Oversee the solution consulting team to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue.
  • Manage the proposal writing process to create persuasive and winning proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of proposals.
  • Drive engagement and growth in the company’s most strategic accounts (Strike accounts) globally.
  • Develop the strategy to win and coordinate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) engagement and stakeholder management both internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Ensure alignment of account strategies with overall company goals.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, legal, customer success and finance teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to report on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
