About The Position

The VP Revenue Operations at Experity plays a crucial role in aligning various business functions such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure operational efficiency across the go-to-market (GTM) organization. This position focuses on optimizing the entire buyer's journey, from traffic generation to customer retention, by managing the GTM operating system, which includes data insights, processes, and technology. The VP will lead a team responsible for Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and GTM data analysis, driving performance and strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven years in B2B business operations, sales operations, or related discipline at high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Seven years in direct management experience.
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing complex tasks and data.
  • Relationship-driven with the ability to bridge gaps between various functions to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in Go-To-Market technologies, such as Salesforce.com CRM and Pardot.

  • Understanding of Revenue Architecture and effective implementation.
  • Experience with using and implementing LLMs and AI tools within GTM teams.
  • Strong Excel and analytics experience.
  • Experience managing complex systems integrations on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the EVP and go-to-market leaders, ensuring teams have the necessary technology, processes, and insights.
  • Develop, manage, align, and grow teams across Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and GTM data analysts.
  • Oversee and scale Experity's Deal Desk strategy to improve visibility into quote generation and pricing.
  • Manage the roadmap, integrations, and priorities for the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce.com.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to deliver accurate bookings data and manage contract flow for customer acquisition and growth.
  • Own data quality within the CRM and connected toolsets, establishing a roadmap for data governance.
  • Provide visibility into performance and effectiveness of GTM efforts with a focus on leading indicators and actionable metrics.
  • Optimize the flow of inbound and outbound leads from Marketing to Sales, ensuring swift follow-up and defined SLAs.
  • Drive operational discipline within the Customer Success organization, capturing customer engagements effectively.
  • Create and assess the GTM technology roadmap to identify scalable solutions and manage vendor relationships.
  • Manage processes for commission tracking, compensation planning, and trend analysis.
  • Drive Marketing Operations sophistication by executing targeted lead nurturing programs and robust segmentation.
