They are entering its next phase of retail expansion, with a strategic focus on scaling its deli and prepared foods platform across national and regional grocery, mass, and club channels. Position Summary The VP, Retail Sales – Deli & Prepared Foods is responsible for defining a national retail growth strategy and scaling its deli and prepared foods business across major U.S. retailers. This executive owns retail revenue, margin, national account expansion, and the multi-year deli platform strategy. The role builds executive-level retailer partnerships, leads national negotiations, and establishes a high-performing retail sales organization capable of delivering sustained profitable growth. The VP is a core member of the commercial leadership team and aligns Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development to execute retailer commitments and scale the deli platform.
