Who You’ll Work With: FP&A colleagues, Client Group COO and Leadership Team, Client Group Regional Sales Heads. What You’ll Do: Handle all financial related functions for the Retail SBU including P&L reporting, business planning, budgeting and tracking, forecasting, assisting with all aspects of sales force compensation (administration, developing structure, monitoring, etc.),working with COO regarding year-end compensation for the Client Group, ad-hoc requests for Client Group leadership, sales reporting.
