About The Position
Banesco USA is searching for their new VP, Residential Mortgage Operations Manager for our Residential Department. This position involves maintaining responsibility for all lending functions which may include but are not limited to underwriting, funding, processing, and closing. The VP will monitor the pipeline to ensure internal compliance policies are enforced and customer service standards are met or exceeded. They will hold weekly pipeline meetings that review every loan scheduled to close in detail over the next 60 days and facilitate underwriting of new and existing residential loans, mostly for complex requests. The role also includes performing reviews of appraisal reports, working with Processing and Underwriting teams, updating workflows, and maintaining knowledge of government and conventional lending programs.
