About The Position

This VP Relationship Manager II is responsible to originate and renew Commercial Loans. Monitor account files/update as needed. Supervise Secretarial staff. Provide assistance in Loan collections and Loans in difficulty. Responsible for department budgeting.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years Commercial Lending Experience
• College education or equivalent experience including accounting principles; economics, including Micro and Macro theory, and Money and Banking; management principles; business law; and principles of financial management.  Other educational experience regarding principles of bank operations; analyzing financial statements; bank investments; credit administration; and business administration.
• Interest in People with a sincere desire to help; curiosity; thoroughness; written and verbal communication skills; competence in math to at least the algebraic level; independent thinker; constructive; courageous; resourceful, imaginative, and innovative; cautiously aggressive; and skilled in interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originate Commercial Loans.
• Evaluate and renew current Commercial Loans.
• Monitor financial status of accounts.
• Marketing.
• Problem Loan resolution and collections.
• Supervise Loan secretaries.
• Other duties as assigned.
