About The Position

We are #hiring for VP, Regional Sales Ingredient Solutions, North America. This leadership position will drive the growth of ingredient solutions through strong customer relationships and a customer-centric approach. You will collaborate with global segment teams and colleagues in our Taste solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. You’ll manage a high-performing team of segment sales directors, inside sales and a commercial team. This is an opportunity to grow the business in a company with a positive culture and a strong portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience with measurable track records in the ingredients/food/health industry as a sales leader with extensive experience in managing complex businesses with revenue of at least $150m required
  • Existing deep industry relationships and a strong relationship building skill set; technical background in food science is highly positive
  • Customer centricity along with excellent commercial background and demonstrated strategic and growth experience
  • Strong people management skills, ability to coach and develop a team
  • Solid experience in managing and delivering projects across the value chain
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of annual budget, sales revenue, gross margin and commercial margin
  • Leader of the Ingredient Solutions North America (ISOL NAM) Leadership Team and member of the Taste, Texture & Health Regional Leadership Team
  • Bring established relationships relevant to the business and building and developing in-depth customers relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Coach, lead and develop an experienced team of regional sales directors, Account Managers and commercial support
  • Develop, deploy and drive the commercial strategy for ISOL NAM and collaborate to extend into the region the relevant Ingredient Solutions global strategies
  • Teamwork and effectiveness with regular project meetings across creation, application, business development and commercial teams to prioritize and allocate resources
